Once you have an idea of your requirement your search can begin. Dependant on the properties you like the look of, viewings can be arranged at a time to suit, obviously this depends on whether the property is vacant or if we have keys a member of Able2Let staff will attend the appointment with you.
Having chosen your new home, the next steps are for all concerned parties to complete an application form; at this stage an administration fee is also required (ask for further details)
Once completed the form is then passed to a reputable Credit Referencing Agency for checking financial viability. Able2Let will then receive a credit rating report detailing your financial history.
Once these are verified and your Landlord is happy to proceed, a suitable moving in date can be agreed upon. All necessary paperwork will be completed and signed along with any fees that are required before the tenancy can commence. The final step is for you to collect the keys to your new home.
